1. How much deposit will I be required to pay when I book?

Due to the high demand in apartment/villa bookings, we ask you to make a 25% deposit with your booking

2. In which ways can I pay?

You can pay by bank transfer in £'s, euros or leva or through Paypal, |

3. What will the weather be like?
|
During July and August sunshine is virtually guaranteed. Temperatures are usually between 25 and 35 degrees centigrade |

4. What if I have to cancel my holiday?
|
Unfortunately, once your deposit has been paid, this will not be refunded if you cancel. Once your final payment has been made then this will not if you cancel. We advise you take out holiday cancellation insurance. |

5. Where can I find flights?
|
The cheapest route is to fly with Easyjet to Sofia and then catch a coach from there to the Black Sea cost. Alternatively you can find flights with airlines such as Wizzair, Bulgaria Air, British Airways, First Choice, Thomson and Balkan Holidays. If you are having difficulty in finding flights, then drop us a line and we may be able to offer some advice.

6. How do I get from the airport to the apartment?

We offer airport transfers from Bourgas for £50 for the return trip and £100 for the return trip from Varna. |

7. Where can I collect the key?
|
We will always be here to meet you at your apartment, show you around and make sure you are comfortable. |

8. How soon before my holiday will I have to pay the full amount for the apartment rental?
|
The balance is due no later than six weeks prior to your arrival. |

9. What if I have a problem during my holiday?
|
We live in Sunny Beach at Pollo Resort during the summer months and a |

10. Are linen and towels provided?
|
These are included in the rental price, with one change of linen per week. We advise, however, that you bring your own beach towels. |

11. Will I have to pay extra for air conditioning?
|
No, this is included in the price. |

12. Can I use my credit or debit card?
|
Very few restaurants and shops accept credit cards. However there are many ATM machines around. If you decide to bring cash, you will get a much better exchange rate here in Bulgaria. |

13. How much will it cost to eat out, etc?
|
A large beer will cost around 80p. A two course meal in a restaurant will be around 5 pounds, and a bottle of wine around 5 pounds too. However, items bought from the supermarket are even cheaper |
