Thank you for taking the time to look at our apartment management package.

We have lived in Bulgaria since May 2007.  Our family owns two apartments at Pollo Resort and in addition we have a villa in rural Bulgaria further up the coast and are in the process of renovating an old school, which will be a small hotel.  Our background in the UK is as College lecturers in hotel and catering and we can therefore promise that our company is knowledge based and able to guarantee a high degree of customer care to both yourselves and your guests.

We also aim to provide a ‘family’ service to our clients.  We will be regularly in contact with you via e-mail, informing you of any news regarding Sunny Beach and your apartment.  We send out a newsletter every three months, which includes local and travel information, currency exchange trends and a few words of bulgarian for you to learn.  We can supply references from our current clients, should you wish.

We are confident that we are able to offer you the service and peace of mind that you require to make your leisure time in Bulgaria relaxed and stress free.

The prices quoted are for the 2009/2010 seasons and we will make every effort to ensure that these prices remain constant for the 2010/2011 seasons, increasing in line with inflation after that.
