ANNUAL MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY CHARGE £250
We are happy to arrange payment of bills when you make funds available to us, ie
· Council Tax, Water, Electric, Sky/Cable/Internet, Insurance
Maintenance
· Minor repairs. Labour free, parts extra
· Arranging for other repairs and remaining with contractors wherever possible
· Emergency Call Outs will charged at £60 per visit plus repairs However this will not apply if we are already in the area and it is during daylight hours.
· Shutting down of your apartment for Winter ie draining of water, emptying of cisterns, adding anti-freeze. Whilst we will make every possible effort to prevent problems, we cannot take responsibility for weather damage.
· Re-instating your apartment in the Spring
· Spring health and safety check ie water heaters, air conditioning unit, refrigerator, hob, check and replace lightbulbs, window and door locks, external Winter damage
· An apartment clean before your first visit of the year and bedmaking service
Security
· Regular security checks on your apartment
· Information via e-mail on any security issues
