CHARGE OF 17.5% OF RENTAL INCOME

TO INCLUDE:

       A high standard of cleaning before guests' arrival and after guests'

       departure, to include checking and switching off appliances as appropriate

Linen and towels and weekly change supplied if appropriate, to include, sheet, duvet cover, bath towel, hand towel, face towel per person, plus bathmats and tea towels

Brochures and information, including basic language, maps of the local area and information on recommended restaurants and attractions

Meet and greet at your apartment and familiarisation with the apartment and resort

Collection of £50 or equivalent in euros or leva deposit and inventory check on departure. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that there are no breakages or damage, we cannot take responsibility for anything discovered after your guests departure.

Optional airport pick up. Bourgas airport £50 return for 2009 and Varna £100  for up to four persons and baggage

NB If your apartment is used and serviced by yourselves or your friends and family and you do not require assistance, there is of course, no charge
